Billing and Cancelation

Learn more about how billing works in this article. You can also learn how to cancel your subscription (but we’d hate to see you go!)

Exchange Rate + Methods of Payment

All of our prices are listed in USD. If you're not in the United States, please be sure to use a currency converter to get accurate prices based on your currency.

At this time, we’re only accepting credit card transactions and cannot process subscription payments on PayPal or AfterPay (we’re just as bummed out, too!).

Payment Cycles

Users who pay monthly will be charged on the day their accounts are created and each month thereafter. For an exact date of when your account is scheduled to renew please check your Billing page.

Users who pay annually will be charged on the day their accounts are first created and then again 12 months later. As an example, if an account is created on October 6th, 2022 (Month 1), the account will auto-renew on September 6th, 2022 (Month 12).

Cancellations

If you choose to cancel your subscription, please note that once your subscription is inactive, access to the Social Curator platform (i.e. photo gallery, caption library, drafts, action plans, story sets, etc.) and Private Community will be revoked, so we encourage you to save downloadable content before your subscription end date in order to have continued access to it.

Monthly Subscriptions

Subscriptions created will not automatically cancel. You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time after the first full month of your subscription, by clicking "Unsubscribe" from inside the Billing page, or by emailing us and following the instructions you receive.

Upon cancellation, a monthly subscription will remain active for the month that was originally paid for. Access to the platform and Private Community will continue through the remainder of the subscription period and will be revoked at the end of the subscription.

For example, if an account was created on January 16th, and the account is canceled at any point during that month, the subscription will automatically end at 11:59pm on February 15th.

Payments for the next billing cycle will not be refunded, so please make sure to cancel before your renewal date when downloadable content is delivered.

Annual Subscriptions

Subscriptions created will not automatically cancel. If you would like to cancel an annual subscription, you may do so at any time by clicking "Unsubscribe" from inside the Billing page, or by emailing us and following the instructions you receive.

Upon cancellation, an annual subscription will remain active for the 12-month period that was originally paid for. Access to the platform, annual user perks such as Directory features and Private Community will continue through the remainder of the subscription period and will be revoked at the end of the subscription.

Please note, that you need to cancel prior to your renewal date to prevent the upcoming year’s subscription from being processed and billed.

Social Curator Courses

If the purchase of a digital course includes a subscription to Social Curator, the subscription can be canceled at any time prior to subscription renewal without losing access to course content.

Refunds

Subscriptions

We do not allow refunds for annual subscriptions; because of this, we recommend you try a monthly subscription before purchasing an annual subscription. You may upgrade to an annual subscription at any time.

Courses

A refund for a course may only be requested via email or chat within 21 days of purchase. Due to the nature of the digital, consumable, and downloadable content, all of the required steps must be followed to be eligible to receive a refund.

If a refund is granted, access to the resources (i.e. photo gallery, captions, action plans, story sets, and your Dashboard) and the Private Community will be revoked immediately.
