Let’s be honest...does anyone know the correct way to spell, let alone pronounce, GIF?!

Whether you say “gif” or “jif” (you know what we mean) or spell it “GIF” or “GIPH”, these short, looping video clips are a fun way to add flare to your content.

So today, we're going to show you how you can create a GIF using only your iPhone...no tech degree required!

How to make your own GIFs:

  1. Record a video on your phone (for best results, use a plain background)

  2. Trim the video to be 2 seconds long

  3. Crop it to your desired size/dimensions

  4. Upload the video to unscreen.com

  5. Download as a GIF and save!

Voilà! In just 5 steps, you’ve created a GIF!
