Access to the Social Curator Photo Gallery is one of the many amazing features included in your Social Curator subscription. Find the answers to the most commonly asked questions about the Photo Gallery in this article.

How many photos are in the Gallery?

There are currently thousands of photos to choose from, and we continue to add new images on a regular basis. You can view the latest photos by sorting by “New.”

How do I search for a photo?

There are a few ways you can discover photos for your business in the Gallery - one of the easiest ways is by simply typing in a keyword related to what you’re looking for (e.g., beach, hands, real estate, etc.) in the search bar.

How can I filter my search?

Looking for a specific kind of photo? Using the filter feature will help you save time and avoid getting lost in the “scroll.”

Click on the filter feature in the top right side of the Gallery, and you’ll be able to filter photos by:

  • Category

  • Orientation (vertical or horizontal)

  • Style

  • Color

What industries are represented in the Gallery?

The lifestyle photos in the Gallery represent a variety of industries - including health and wellness, fitness, real estate, interior design, food and drink, beauty, medical and dental, animal care and many more!

Can I use Social Curator photos in my template products such as my journals, calendar or cards?

Our images cannot be used for template products. As explained in our terms, images cannot be incorporated “into merchandise intended for sale or promotional distribution (collectively "Merchandise"), including, without limitation, textiles, artwork, magnets, wall-art, calendars, toys, stationery, greeting cards, and any other physical reproduction for resale or distribution.”

Can I use Social Curator Photos on my website to promote sales or other promotions and products?

Yes! As stated in our terms, you can use photos “as a digital reproduction, including on websites, in online advertising, in social media, in mobile advertising, mobile "apps", software, e-cards, e-publications (e-books, e-magazines, blogs, etc.), email marketing, and in online media”.

Can I edit Social Curator Photos when I use them?

Yes! Our photos are ALL YOURS so no credit is needed. You can post them on your social media platforms, website, or marketing materials as long as there is no watermark to indicate you created the content. Edit the photos to make them match your brand or post them as they are, the choice is up to you!

All visual content, namely images, in the Social Curator content library are considered standard (non-commercial) “royalty-free” stock images.

Social Curator hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use, modify (except as expressly prohibited herein) and reproduce Visual Content worldwide, in perpetuity, as expressly permitted by the terms below and subject to the limitations set forth herein:

Social Curator grants you the right to use visual content:

  1. As a digital reproduction, including on websites, in online advertising, in social media, in mobile advertising, mobile "apps", software, e-cards, e-publications (e-books, e-magazines, blogs, etc.), email marketing, and in online media (including on video-sharing services such as YouTube, Dailymotion, Vimeo, etc., subject to the budget limitations set forth below);

  2. Printed in physical form as part of product packaging and labeling, point of sale advertising, CD and DVD cover art, or in the advertising and copy of tangible media, including magazines, newspapers, and books provided no Image is reproduced more than 100,000 times in the aggregate.

  3. As part of an "Out-of-Home" advertising campaign, including on billboards, street furniture, etc., provided the intended audience for such campaign is less than 100,000 gross impressions

  4. Incorporated into film, video, television series, advertisement, or other audio-visual productions for distribution in any medium now known or hereafter devised, without regard to audience size, provided the budget for any such production does not exceed USD $10,000

  5. For your own personal, non-commercial use (not for resale, download, distribution, or any commercial use of any kind)

Visual Content may NOT be used in any of the following ways:

  1. Incorporated into merchandise intended for sale or promotional distribution (collectively "Merchandise"), including, without limitation, textiles, artwork, magnets, wall-art, calendars, toys, stationery, greeting cards, and any other physical reproduction for resale or distribution.

  2. As part of a trademark, design mark, trade name, business name, service mark, logo, letterhead, or on business cards

  3. In-wall art (with or without further creative or functional elements) for decorative purposes in a commercial space owned by you or your client, and not for sale.

  4. Incorporated as elements of digital templates for sale or distribution.

As a subscriber to the site, you may not transfer the subscription, transfer the Content files, sell, lease, assign, or give away Social Curator Content or anything similar thereof to a third party.
