Upon purchase, users will maintain access to their digital materials for the lifetime of the course. Courses may be retired, removed, or updated periodically at our sole discretion, without obligation to update or refresh the course content.
Refund Approval Process
A refund for a course may only be requested within 21 days of purchase via email or chat.
To be eligible for a refund, users must complete all of the following steps within the permissible time period mentioned above:
Watch every lesson in the course for the entire duration of the lesson (100% completion status) and;
Show and submit proof of completing every workbook, assessment, or ancillary resource corresponding to each lesson and;
Complete an exit survey for the course which will be sent to the user at the time of the refund request.
Each of these steps is required to receive a refund due to the nature of digital, consumable, and downloadable content.
Please note: If a refund is granted, access to the course, dashboard, and private Community will be immediately revoked.
