When you use the Calendar feature, you can create a brand new post or see all your scheduled posts in chronological order. Keep reading to learn all about using the Calendar!

About the Calendar

When you access the Calendar you will have the option to view by week or month. Click the button at the top right of the Page to switch between Month and Week.

The top left of the page will indicate the current month and year. The number that appears next to the Month and Year is the total number of posts you have scheduled that month.

While in the week view, you will see your local timezone and hour increments on the left of the calendar grid.

Any of your scheduled posts will appear on the calendar according to the date and time you’ve scheduled them.

Using the Calendar

To create a post directly from the calendar in the week view, hover over the date and time you want to schedule a post and click the + button that appears. This takes you to the page to edit your post and automatically assigns the date and time that you chose. Once you finish creating your post, you can return to the calendar to see your post at the date and time you set.

NOTE: Adding a date and time will not automatically auto-publish your post to Social Media (but you will receive a reminder to post at the day and time you selected). If you want to auto-publish, you must ensure you select a Social Profile for your post to be posted to. More information on how to do so can be found >>HERE<<).

Need to edit a post you see on the calendar before it posts? Simply click on the post to open it for editing!

πŸ’‘TIP: You can quickly reschedule your posts by dragging and dropping them to a different date and time on the calendar

To view previously scheduled posts or future scheduled posts, use the back or forward arrows on the top right corner of your screen to scroll through prior or future weeks.

You can also view a list of your drafts and then easily drag and drop them into the date and time you want to post them by opening the draft list. Click the icon next to the month to open the list.
