Getting started is as easy as pie (and the content is even more delicious). Simply log into your Social Curator account, and you’ll find the Courses tab on the sidebar. From there you’ll be able to easily purchase, navigate, and complete the modules and lessons within each Course at your own pace.

What are Social Curator Courses?

Curators have the ability to purchase any currently available Courses created by Social Curator. These courses are separate from your Social Curator subscription. Each course may have its own terms and details.

How do I find and purchase a Social Curator Course?

From the navigation menu in your Dashboard, click “Courses.” Preview the available courses, find one you like, and click "add to cart."


How do I navigate between modules?

Once you’re in your course, the top right of your screen will display your lesson progress, along with each module below. The modules are numbered and in order of how they should be viewed. Simply click on the one you want to start or review, and the corresponding video, workbooks, and resources will appear on your main screen.

How do I navigate between lessons?

Once you’ve clicked on the module you’re diving into, all of the corresponding lessons will appear on the right of your screen. Each lesson is numbered, listed in order, and includes the length of each video. Simply click on the lesson you’d like to open and the corresponding video, workbooks, and resources will appear on your main screen.

How do I play a video?

Once you’ve clicked on the module and lesson you’d like to complete, the corresponding video will appear on your main screen. Simply click on the white play button found in the center of the video. You can then pause, rewind, or fast-forward as needed.

Where do I download my workbook?

To download the workbooks, you'll have to open each Module from the panel on the right and click the "Workbook" button located under the title of the Module. There is only one workbook per module; the button is located in each lesson for your convenience, but you only need to download the Module Workbook once.

How do I download other materials? (Slides, transcripts, etc.)

You’ll find all corresponding resources for each lesson right below the video for each lesson. Click on the arrow next to the materials you’d like to download.

How long do I have access to the course?

Users will maintain access to their digital course materials for the lifetime of the Course. Courses may be retired or removed at the sole discretion of the Company. Course materials may be updated periodically but Social Curator has no obligation to update or refresh content within a Course.

Can I get a refund for my course purchase?

For the purchase of a Digital Course, the following refund terms apply:

Within 21 days of purchasing a course, users must contact our Customer Success Team via email or chat to request a refund of the course. To be eligible for a refund, users must complete all of the following steps within 21 days of purchase:

1) Watch every lesson in the course for the entire duration of the lesson (100% completion status) and;

2) Show and submit proof of completing every workbook, assessment or ancillary resource corresponding to each lesson and;

3) Complete an exit survey for the course which will be sent to the user at the time of refund request.

Each of these steps are required to receive a refund due to the nature of digital, consumable, and downloadable content. If a refund is granted, access to the course, dashboard (including all resources - captions, photos, stories, action plans, posts, etc.) and community will be revoked immediately.

If the purchase of a digital course includes a subscription to Social Curator, the subscription can be upgraded or canceled at any time prior to subscription renewal without losing access to course content.

For the purchase of a Live Course/Intensive Course, the following refund terms apply:

Due to the nature of our live courses, the course fee is non-refundable once the first live session has begun. A refund may be issued if requested with our Customer Success Team via email or chat prior to the first live session.
