Ready to create a week of posts in just a few minutes? In Jasmine’s recent masterclass, she shared an easy process for creating posts that resonate with your ideal client, grow your business, and get sales.

This Quick Start Guide will show you how to follow this process using Dottie, your digital social media manager.

Before you begin, make sure to provide Dottie with important details about your business so she can write captions that speak directly to your ideal client. You can learn how to do this right >>HERE<<.

Step #1: Choose three content pillars

Ask Dottie: Can you give me three content pillars for my business?

Copy/paste what Dottie gives you into the linked PDF at the end of this article for easy reference (you’ll refer back to it each week when you create your posts!). Note: the PDF will automatically download to your device when clicked so be sure to check the downloads folder on your device 😉

Step #2: Create your posts for the week

Ask Dottie: One of my content pillars is [NAME], can you please create a post for it? The focus should be____ [pick one: education, engagement, sales]

You can also ask Dottie for anything specific you’d like added to your caption - for example, you could let her know that the caption should include a mention of your upcoming 15% off sale.

If you need Dottie to make any edits to the caption, ask her: Can you rewrite this so it’s _____ (funnier, shorter, more professional, etc)?

Once Dottie writes the post and makes any edits you’ve requested, add it to the post editor. (Learn how to do so >>HERE<<).

(No need to worry about the HIC formula - Dottie’s captions are automatically written using this formula!)

Step #3: Add a visual to your post before publishing.

Upload a reel or image of your choice or select one from our gallery. You can learn how to do so >>HERE<<.

Need help creating a reel? Follow the instructions >>HERE<<.

Need help creating a graphic in Canva? You’ll find the step-by-steps >>HERE<<.

Step #4: Schedule your post!

Choose a date and time for your post and you’re done! You can also schedule your posts in batches using the Calendar (learn how >>HERE<<)

Repeat steps #2-4 for each post you’d like to create for the week ahead (we recommend at least 3 posts/week).
